Job Description

• 1. Discover/Extract insights that could potentially help grow business intelligence from user data using mathematical/statistical methods. 2. Develop statistical algorithms that automate the ways data are checked, processed, and analyzed 3. Design end-to-end data pipelines, including ETL and reporting processes 4. Design visualization dashboards to translate complex findings into simple graphs

• 1. BS or MS in related areas (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related fields) with 1+ years in relevant experience as Data Engineer, BI Engineer, Data Scientist, Business Analyst, or equivalent 2. Self-motivated and enthusiastic in data science 3. Knowledge of statistical methods (linear regression, logistic regression, generalized linear regression, principal component analysis, design of experiments, hypothesis testing,...) and machine learning approaches (k-means, kNN, SVM, decision trees, random forest, gradient boosting,...) 4. Familiar with R, Python, or Julia programming in terms of data manipulation, computation, and visualization 5. Experience on SQL databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL,...) as well as SQL stored procedures 6. Experience on Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL/T-SQL), Services SSIS/SSAS/SSRS, and Power BI is a big plus 7. Experience on NoSQL databases (ELK, MongoDB,...) is a plus 8. Experience on web/app analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, Matomo/Piwik,...) is a plus
