Management Associates will undergo an 12 months comprehensive training program, under the direction of experienced senior management, to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions.
Management Associates will be required to undergo on-the-job training to learn and perform functional duties in business areas such as Information Technology, Project Management, Marketing, Operations, Risk Management, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Compliance and Fraud Assessment, Product Management, as well as Human Resource Management.
There will be performance goals set for the Management Associates and will be mentored by Senior Managers. The excellent-performance Associates will be further mentored to assume a role that will best fit the Associates' personal strengths and provide the best prospect for managerial career advancement.
Required Technical Skills
Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.4 in the IT field, Business, Marketing, HR or Accounting undergraduate or postgraduate programs from a reputable institution of higher learning are encouraged to apply.
Possess a strong desire for professional development and a willingness to learn.
A team player who is quality driven and customer-focused.
Possess a strong interest in the internet and e-Commerce is a must.
Keen in a business sense with multi-faceted skill sets and some exposure to leadership positions.
Able to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory due to the nature of our business.
