UIUX Designer

Junior / Mid Level

Ensure that established design standards are consistent and that problem-solving solution that can be applied within design work.
Develop and present the design solution for web and app with user flows, wireframe, mockup, and prototype.
Collaborate with the researchers, project managers, and stakeholders to design/build products that solve the problems and explore more possibilities of the products.
Collaborate with developers to solve the technical constraints for optimal solutions.
Actively participate in design reviews, internal workshops, knowledge sharing, and brainstorming.

Have at least 3+ years in UI/UX related professional work.
Have experience in creating sitemaps, user journey maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for responsive web and mobile-oriented interfaces and design assets.
Have the ability to leverage good usability, design aesthetics, and technical restrictions.
Have experience working with a cross-functional team and have an excellent communicative ability to bridge across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Have good presentation skills to communicate your works.
Able to communicate in English.

Familiar with user-centered design methods and rapid ideation process.
Have experience in creating brand guidelines, symbol or asset libraries, and other design solutions.
Have front-end basic development ability or interest, such as HTML, CSS.
Have leadership or management experience.
