Undertake User research and document analysis of findings.
Conduct UX reviews & validation on products during the course of Design and Development.
Facilitate the conduction of User testing process.
Ensure on-time delivery of UX deliverables whilst not compromising quality standards.
Drive change by communicating findings to stakeholders in the company.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on user behavior and product.
Analyze collected data and make research findings convincing and actionable for both research experts and non-experts.
Required Technical Skills
MA/MS degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of experience in an applied research setting.
Have a strong UX portfolio with the focus on thought process, including how you approach problems and arrive at decisions, along with a few examples of multi-platform deliverables produced.
Be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and be eager to break new ground.

Know how to create and communicate User flows, Personas, Customer Journey maps, Information Architecture and Wireframes.
