工作內容
- • Technical feasibility study, user requirement analysis and recommendation of solutions.
- • Preparation of Functional and Technical Specifications, process flows, and use-case diagrams.
- • User support, assist in troubleshooting and rectify issues logged.
- • Establish professional working relationships with external and internal users.
- • Perform the role of team lead in the implementation of projects and enhancements.
工作技能
- • Strong analytical and written skills with the ability to translate business requirements from the end users to technical requirements.
- • Able to create and document screen designs, process flow charts, use-case diagrams, test cases, etc. outlining system functionalities and processes.
- • Able to work as a team member with other technical staff, such as developers and infrastructure team members.
- • In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with at least 3+ years of working experience in Software analysis, design, development & implementation.
- • Strong team player as well as an independent learner.
- • Able to work under stress to meet timelines.
- • Good in spoken and written English. With good communication and interpersonal skills.
